Purchases

For all your purchases, you can pay using Square Space’s merchant of record, Paddle. Paddle’s Terms of Use can be found at: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Available payment methods are shown during the checkout process.

If you wish to purchase any product made available through the store, you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is essential to my business. If an issue or defect is found after purchase please contact me and a refund will be issued if the problem cannot be resolved. Due to financial institution policies, refunds can only be processed up to 30 days after the purchase date.

Shipping & Delivery

All physical purchases from memorymachinecreative.com/store will be shipped within 5 business days. If for any reason I am unable to ship within the five business days you will be notified of the next possible shipment date.
